Change your mind? We’re sorry to hear that. Our refund policy is as follows:

• If it is at least 10 business days before the class starts, and you email us within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund to your credit card. 

• If it is least 10 business before class starts, but after 24 hours of making your purchase, you will receive a store credit minus 15% OR a refund to your credit card minus 30%. 

• If it is between 9 business days before to 1 business day before class starts, you will receive store credit minus 30%. 

• Once the class has started we can no longer offer refunds or store credit (e.g. if a class begins at 6 p.m. on March 15, we cannot offer refunds or store credit after 6 p.m. on March 15).

• Discount codes: Discount codes may only be used once, unless otherwise indicated.

Please note: the instructor listed for a particular class may change based upon scheduling needs and availability. 

Please note: classes may involve reading published works that will touch on sensitive topics including but not limited to sexual assault, violence, eating disorders, or suicide. Our instructors will issue content warnings when sensitive topics will be read or discussed, and are happy to work with you if you find a particular topic to be triggering.
